Moving to a new country is an exciting experience. It's a special adventure that will forever leave an impression on your life. In the process of relocating abroad we tend to neglect ourselves and focus on all the practicalities that lies ahead. But, if we neglect ourselves too long, it can lead to consequences that will take its toll on you, your family and your whole experience of living abroad. To make your stay a success it is essential to listen to your own needs. With over 15 years experience of counseling and coaching and 8 years of working and living abroad I feel very committed to the lives of international families. My goal as an Expat coach is to provide personal coaching and support to international families all over the world.
