About Johanna Macis
I help people make career changes to find happiness at work. My coaching style combines analysis, intuition, and experience to create lasting change in individuals. I have worked with people from different places and cultures with different personalities. I genuinely want each and every one of my clients to experience a profound and positive change in what they do and who they are. Over the past seven years, I have coached professionals in different areas, Expats, Small Business owners, and Students. I did my formal training with ADEN Business School and the University of California, Irvine Extension. I encourage myself to be the best in my field and to update my knowledge and skills continuously. I am certified as a Career Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Happiness Life Coach, and Positive Psychology Master Coach. Lifelong learner. I am a Member of the Association for Coaching in London, The Expats Coach Association, and Asociación Costarricense de Coaching Profesional. Before I became a professional coach, I worked for more than twenty years in Fortune 500 companies. Functional experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement with demonstrated leadership.
