About Diana Tutschek

Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, just as any other type of coaching,  is a goal-directive process. It is based on adaptation of the techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to coaching, applying it in a non-therapeutic way to the problems of everyday life, to enable individuals to successfully reach their goals.

Precisely speaking – Cognitive Behavioural Coaching is a fusion of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused approaches, goal setting theory, rational emotive therapy and social cognitive theory.

CBC is a goal-focused and a time-limited way, focused on the present. It is a non-therapeutic approach dealing with non-clinical problems and challenges.

Cognitive Behavioural Coaching primarily aimed at assisting individuals in challenging regressive beliefs, developing capabilities, enhancing motivation, self-worth, problem-solving abilities, in order to eliminate all possible psychological obstacles, which interfere with the goal achievement.

TRANSITION COACHING   Transition coaching focuses on the process that you go through as you experience your own life-shifts. Transition coaching helps you adapt to a transition that’s already occurred. The transition process involves two components – the physical changes and the psychological changes, so, transition coaching doesn’t focus only on  the motivational, strategic and planning aspects of transitions. It seeks to provide you with encouragement, questioning, goal-development, diverse planning, support and sharing.
