        COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL COACHING (CBC)   Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (analogically to life coaching), is a goal-directive process. It is based on adaptation of the techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to coaching, applying it in a non-therapeutic way to the problems of everyday life, to enable individuals to securely and efficiently reach their goals. Precisely speaking – Cognitive Behavioural Coaching is a fusion of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused approaches, goal setting theory, rational emotive therapy and social cognitive theory. CBC is a goal-focused and a time-limited way, focused on the present. It is a non-therapeutic approach dealing with non-clinical problems and challenges. Cognitive Behavioural Coaching  primarily aimed at assisting  individuals in: ·    challenging regressive beliefs, ·    developing capabilities, ·    enhancing motivation, self-worth, problem-solving abilities, in order to eliminate all possible psychological obstacles, which interfere with the effective goal achievement.
